How it works
You sell it. We make it and ship it.
Ravlok plugs into the shop you already run: your listings stay yours, and everything after the sale — printing, finishing, packing, shipping — happens here.
Connect your shop
You authorize Ravlok from your seller account and we start reading your paid orders. Selling, payments and buyer messages stay exactly where they are — we never contact your buyer, your shop does.
Attach a file to each listing
Upload the 3D file for a listing, pick the resin and the print height for each size you sell. That mapping is what tells us which model to print, in what material, at what size — and what it costs you.
We check the file before it sells
Every upload is validated on the spot: readable geometry, triangle count, and whether the model fits the printer at the size you chose. You find out at upload time, not after a customer has paid.
An order arrives and goes into the queue
When a buyer pays, the order lands here within minutes, we charge your card for production, and the job enters the farm queue. If a charge cannot go through, the order is held and you hear about it — nothing is printed unpaid, and nothing is silently dropped.
Print, finish, pack, ship
The part is printed, washed, cured, inspected and packed in plain packaging with nothing of ours inside. The tracking number goes back to your shop automatically, so your buyer is notified the usual way.
Questions we get
- What do I pay?
- You pay us production: material, machine time, handling and shipping. You keep whatever your buyer paid you. Your card is charged per order, when it goes into production.
- Which files can I upload?
- STL, OBJ and 3MF. If a model is too large for the printer at the size you picked, or the file cannot be read, we tell you before it is ever attached to a listing.
- Do you sell my models?
- No. Your files are yours; we print them for your orders and nothing else. We are a production partner, not a marketplace.
- Do my buyers know about you?
- Not unless you tell them. Packaging is plain, the return address is neutral, and shipping notifications come from your shop.
