Ravlok is a US-based resin printing and fulfillment service. You can reach us at support@ravlok.com.

When a seller connects a shop — for example, their Etsy shop — through that platform's own authorization, and while orders are being fulfilled, we receive:

• Shop information:the shop's name and its listings, so the seller can map each listing to a print file.
• Paid orders: order and item details for orders the seller has already been paid for, so we know what to produce.
• Buyer shipping details:the buyer's name, shipping address and the contact needed to deliver the parcel.

We do not receive or store payment card numbers. Selling, payments and messaging with buyers stay on the seller's own sales platform.

Solely to produce and ship orders on the seller's behalf: to print the correct item, pack it in plain packaging, ship it to the buyer, and send tracking back to the seller's shop. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use buyer information for marketing.

Order and shipping information is kept only as long as needed to fulfill the order and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized. A seller can disconnect their shop at any time, which stops any further data from being received.

A buyer's shipping details are used only to fulfill and deliver that buyer's order. If a seller or a buyer asks us to delete a buyer's information, we remove it, except where a limited record must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

• Sellers can disconnect their shop at any time, through the sales platform or by contacting us.
• To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold, email support@ravlok.com.
