Support
Talk to the people who print your orders.
One mailbox, read by the same small team that runs the farm. There is no ticket maze and no bot in between.
What to write
About an order
Include the Ravlok order number (it looks like PC-2026-000123) or the order number from your shop. That is enough for us to find everything else.
A file was rejected
Send the file name and the size you were trying to sell it at. Most rejections are a model that does not fit the printer at that height, or geometry the slicer cannot read.
Billing
A card that will not go through, a charge you do not recognise, or an order stuck on hold: tell us the order number and what you see on the statement.
Something else
Partnerships, larger volumes, a material we do not list yet — write and describe what you need.
Before you write
- How it works covers pricing, file formats, validation and what happens after a sale.
- Signed in already? Your orders, files and billing are in your portal, and a held order always says there why it is held.
- The Terms and Privacy Policy answer what we may print and what we do with your data.
